- Comes with new mounting screws and press in nut with screw.
You will not be able to re-attach the golden gate rear sight after installing this, I suggest a scope, red dot or flip up sights.
Replaces injection molded plastic "Weaver" rail with 6061 Aluminum Picatinny rail.
Simple modifications required to original firearm. Remove the original factory quick-disconnect clamp from the factory top fore grip. Re-use the receiver shroud installation plates and screws and provided press in nut and screw where clamp used to be.

LONG PICATINNY TOP RAIL FOR CARBINES ENDING IN TS
Well made. The only problem is no instructions. Video can be improved. You a step by step, in detail. I got hung up on removal of the lock. Major pain. Also correct orientation of the nut. Well written instructions with basic drawing would have saved me a lot of time. Everything fit fine, no modification necessary. Rock solid when all screws are torqued down.

A Good Necessary Evil!
The rail is everything it’s supposed to be including a tad bit “heavy” and makes disassembly of the gun a little awkward, which is why I gave it 4 stars. However, it looks GREAT and is the perfect length for optic and BUIS placement.
