Fits the 40cal, 10mm & 45cal poly framed pistols and all models of the Carbines.
This a direct drop in replacement for the factory plastic guide rod, but produced out of stainless steel.
Stainless Steel Rod only, you do not get the recoil spring, however if you call Hi Point they will send you a new recoil spring free of charge.

Lost my factory on first disassembly. Bought this to replace it. Daughter found orig several weeks later. JXP action cycles effortlessly with this installed. Never tried with factory but stainless is heads above plastic any day. (My opinion. Top quality item. Good price. My 10mm never skips a beat. Buy one.

I prefer metal guide rods. Changed out my Glocks also. Haven't noticed any difference in shooting. But.... I'm guessing this metal one will out last them plastic ones i've had to replace every 500 rounds in my 4595ts.

Great upgrade for the hi point 45 carbine, replaces the factory plastic with steel. Recommend this upgrade for sure.

It's very well made and easy to replace! It does make my 45's slide move smoother. Can't wait to see how it effects the recoil when I next go shooting!
